Suggestion for a New NPC

Hi, I'm hektikGrk,
I got a cool suggestion for a new NPC in the game, now this NPC will have a few of the Maple Story Medals in the game....

Wiseman Medal
Magic Attack: +8

Legendary Thief Medal

(By the way, is it possible to make an extra slot for your equips so you can even wear the medal or???)
