Can Someone Help!!!!!!! Huge Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a huge problem with my character.
Everytime i double click on my character it either crashes or it just stays on the select character screen forever then crashes!!!!!!!!!
It wont crash on my other characters (same account).
What Sould I do?????
It's already been almost a month and i still cant play on it!!!!!!!!!!
I've also tried on my friends computer and it does the same thing!!
Character name : BrandonHero
I tried to send messages to Sason and he hasn't replayed yet!!!!!!!!!
Can some1 help!!!!!!!

Re-download our wz files. and make sure you have ALL wz files and CLEAN wz fils

It acutally might be your mount. Im not sure but people have put on mounts so they cant be clicked.
Try taking whatever mount you have off O_O
