Registration Empty Registration

Hello everyone.

I am quite new to this server and I am having trouble registering.
I know that this server has auto-register, therefor i don't need to go on the main website,
but for some reason when i try and register it pops up with a box that says:
"This is not a registered ID."

Any help will be appreciated.

Yes we've been getting this alot, and the staff and i will fix this bug immediately.
