Lost 1k Maple leaves for buying GM hat!

GM i bought 1 GM hat worth 1k leaves and when my inventory was full and then i tried too take out some thing and then they did not give my GM hat i have witness!
And sry for the trouble i tried too find my hat but can't!PLs help me get in back GM's i really wworked hard for that simple hat and i get nothing in return!
