My Account isnt working

I sent the owner aa message and got no reply back. My account doesnt work I log in and I would see cc 1 full and cc2 haalf way and when i double click everything shuts off please help. my brother, who you guys made a gm, account works but he cont go into free market. HELP!

I'm sorry. I don't get notifications when I get PMs.
1) Do you have the FapStory .wz files in your MapleStory Folder
2) What error do you get when it closes?
3) Can you make another account?
